Hi all, thought of sharing some pics from my company dinner on 21 Nov. Dayang and Ning were invited to sing and emcee was Elaine Daly. Good show but had a tough time with lighting. No flash was used and ISO was at 3200 f2.8. Enjoy and please comment. Thanks foe viewing.

UV is cheap and must haf thing~ can enhance the color and protect lens from scratch accidentally...cpl good for scenery and travel shooting as 18-200mm is a travelling lens~ so... u should get one! :P

Happy holidays to you too. Taken at Orchard Road on Dec '06.

Notice the soft spot at the lower left corner? Had my Canon A40 sensor replaced at Empress at RM200. Problem still remained there.

I carry a few but the kit lens 17-80mm seems to be the one that stays mostly on the camera.

The G10 will be a great companion to your arsenals....it takes very good pictures in RAW format too. You should check out Panasonic Lumix LX3 too. That is a G10 killer pns. Both about the same price but the LX3 is better built.

The UV is good for general photography while CPL for nice sky blue and shooting with controlled reflection. Not sure if Close Up is worth buying...you may be better off buying a Macro lens.

I am having 4 SLRs, not interested to get another one untill i can find one to beat my 1DS hands down, of coz the quality of SLR is better, but my right hand always disagree about that as my 2x 1Ds series always hurting my wrist and neck. My girlfriend just started to learn photography, I think G10 should be enough for her as a beginer.
